Just minutes after finalizing ambitious plans for his future, Lewis Anhwalt suddenly collapses of a heart attack. He has experienced chest pains before but none as severe as the ones that herald his death.

Not until he finds himself at his own funeral does he come to grips with this new reality. So many things will be left undone by his sudden demise. But what troubles him the very most? It is the knowledge that he can never again communicate with his son, Derek. He has allowed countless opportunities slip by. There are the many calls he never made, the many notes he never wrote to him.

Late though it is, impossible though it may be, he now resolves to share the wonders of his journey with Derek. He writes of experiences in which not a single one of his vague expectations of the afterlife comes to pass.

We must all take that journey. Will your Days after Death be the same as Lewis Anhwalt's?

"I never thought that reading something about Death would actually make me laugh! I'll bet many of us have the same expectations that Lewis has. Are we ever in for a surprise."
